SMART DATA ANALYSIS & LEAD GENERATION
We start by working with you to analyse your customer data and create a list of focused prospects. This phase is important to manage correctly, as a sustainable use of your customer database is extremely important - simply pulling forward your next 6 months' worth of deals isn't what we are aiming for.
We aim to convert older contacts, service customers that haven’t yet bought, and so on, ensuring you are adding opportunities, not just pulling them forward.
TELEPHONE PROSPECT TRAINING
At MindCoach, we are blessed with knowledgeable consultants with a history of sales psychology content delivery. Telephone prospecting is rarely executed well, for a number of reasons, which we can address.
Day one of the event is the delivery of a full telesales training course which will train your staff to efficiently add prospects to their diary both for the event and also the weeks and months to come.
MONITORED TELEPHONE PROSPECTING
On day one and two of the sales event, your team will perform structured & measured telephone prospecting sessions. Our consultant will constantly be coaching and improving performance throughout the evenings.
We don’t simply place a script under their noses and leave them to it. We listen, coach and improve performance in order to boost confidence, proficiency and results.
CUSTOMER VISIT & DIARY MANAGEMENT
Unlike most telephone prospect & lead generation specialists, we actually put our money where our mouth is! Yes, we stick around for days 3, 4 & 5. Our consultants are motor sales experienced, able to perform a host of services over the course of the event to help you and your team convert more appointments into sales.
We can showroom host, assist with negotiating and closing as well as sales team controlling if required when management are busy stacking deals.
